Had product for about 45 days and the headphones stopped working.

Just in two months my Beats stopped working all of a sudden. It doesn’t charge anymore. Power light doesn't turn ON. I didn’t damage it and kept it away from water as well. I also watched all the YouTube videos about it and tried very hard to make it work but all my effort went in vain. What should i do.

They were in good condition coming out of the box. Turned them on for about 5 minutes then it shut off and wouldn’t turn on. Tried again but won’t turn on. I recommend just buying it new.

Stopped working after 3 months. Does not want to charge or power on.

DO NOT BUY (from this seller) wore these headphones 4 times then the part that holds them on your ear broke off when I wasn’t even wearing them and just had them hanging around my neck.

Honestly they were great for the whole 2 hours I had gotten to use them. If they are certified refurbished, you should check to seee if everything works, especially the battery. I’ve had them for 4 days and they will not even hold a charge.

They stopped working right after the warranty ended which was very short. It didn’t pay to try to save money buying refurbished. Not happy.

This was the second refurbished set my husband bought and in 4 weeks it was totally useless. Unfortunately, the return policy was only for 30 days and now we have wasted $90! My suggestion is buy a new one, don't waste your money on this!

Headphones came with earwax! Gross! Also, they were extremely scratched and the charging cable was not in the box. For $120 this is unacceptable! I should of read the reviews before buying. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

The design and advertisement for this product is so similar to the Apple product to fool you. Almost the same price as restored Apple beats but incredibly cheaply made, microphone cover fell off on first day, doesn’t hold charge as advertised. I could go on.
