I didn't listen to the reviews and I regret it now. These headphones lasted all of 4 months. I have a tough time with earbuds and because the ear hooks are slightly bent, I can't keep these earbuds in while walking. The repair is $70 third party and $79 through Apple -- either way I'm hosed on a $99 purchase. Buyer beware.

I received the Powerbeats 3 as a present in December 2015. In April 2017, fouteen months later, they stopped holding a charge. Since it was out of warranty Apple graciously sold me a replacement pair for $99.95. In June 2018, fourteen months later, the ear piece feel apart. They again offered to provide a replacement pair for $99.95! Three pair and $400 in less than three years, no thank you. I’m moving on to another brand and you should too.

I purchased these for my wife as a gift and didn't realize at the time I was buying these renewed. Not only was nothing included in the box (charger or earbuds) they also wouldn't turn on after multiple attempts to reset and charge with different chargers. I owned a pair of these personally and loved them until they broke (out of warranty) so I upgraded. I would NOT recommend purchasing these refurbished.

I received my order, however when I received calls the caller could hardly hear what I was saying. The callers stated it sounded like I had a busted speaker.
