The microphone doesn’t work and the battery seems to die faster during non-use than actually using it. Will be returning. It has been well over a month and I am STILL waiting on my refund. I have sent multiple messages only to be ignored. ****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!****

Had for less than a week and the earphones did not hold charge and volume wasn’t working properly.

I have had nothing but problems with getting this product to work properly. It will sync to my phone than 10 mins later it will lose the sync. It happened as soon as I received the product. I should have returned it immediately but then it seemed to correct itself but is happening again. For such sn expensive product, it is simply not worth it

Mine came and they was already open, I didn’t get the extra Replacement Earbud Tips, I charged them for 2-3 hours and I took them off the charger and had no problem connecting them to my phone, But I was listening to music with them for maybe 10 minutes and they stopped working So I kept trying to turn them back on and they wouldn’t turn back on, Then I put them on the charger and the still wouldn’t turn on.

This one freaking trashy. I been hesitated so long and I finally got this ones but doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t connect to my iPhone 7 and when I turned it on my iPhone7 couldn’t find this device at all. I ordered from here Korea and I also didn’t see it was refurbished if I knew it, I wouldn’t buy them. Don’t get them just get the new ones that’s the way to save your money.

i was really looking forward to going wireless . These are the worst earbuds i have ever had. my earbuds that came with my Samsung 8+ sound way better then Beats. These sound like a transistor radio, i tried all the ear cushions and still cant get them to sit in my ear good enough to get good sound. I have to hold them in my ear for decent bass and clarity. So they just hang outside my ear and sound like crap. do not buy these.

Lasted just over 2 months and now won't power on or charge. Complete waste of money! The cheap versions lasted longer, completely unacceptable!

Used it for 2 months. One day the sound was gone and the next it stopped charging!! Not a good product.

Want to use it for working out but when u buy it u expect a wireless earphones to have a charger but mine didn’t come with one lol

These suddenly stopped working for phone calls. This should not happen for headphones this expensive. The support site refers to the wrong headphones for fixes. It includes references to the 3.5mm jack that does not exist on these bluetooth headphones. I will be buying something else.
