This shower head leaks a LOT, I had 2 professional contractors look at it and neither one could stop the water from pouring out of the connector. Apparently I got a defective one because the other reviews are good.

We have had this shower head for about a week the circular showerhead does nothing but leak and now the wand doesn't work. Taking it back very disappointed as the first week it worked great.

What a bummer! I had a 7 year old two-part showerhead that worked great but was looking for a fresh one. My old one never leaked out of the stationary or wand/removable head. I know how to install things and put the new one up without issue. It leaks from the circular head for over a minute after a shower, during a shower when you’re only using the wand, and after turning the water off completely. I’ll try exchanging it for another one because this sounds like a problem other customers are having. Hopefully it will fix the issue and I can update my review. I really wanted to love this, but cmon now, the one job of a faucet is to not leak water when it’s off, and this can’t do it.

No water pressure, you will be in the shower forever trying to rinse your hair out.

Water wand only has 1 pressure setting. Main head is cheap plastic and the swivel is not good either.

The product was easy to install but the 3-way valve only has two detent positions you can turn. As a result I was only able to use the center shower head or the hose shower head but not both. Although I read online the shower system was made out of plastic, I was alright with giving this a try based on the Waterpik brand. However, I was not comfortable forcing the 3-way diverter in fear that I would break it. This shouldn't be that difficult to turn.

Worst water pressure ever. It reduced it greatly.

Stay away from this piece of garbage. Quality is abysmal, the connecting diverter nut is plastic, too easy to damage the threading if you don’t attach it perfectly straight. Instructions say no pipe tape is needed, totally false. And since no tape come in the package (or any extra washers) the leaking nightmare had to wait for next day. And after installing it, can’t help to look at this thing and see a cheap terribly thing that it is. Took it off and returned.

Do you know the scene in elf where he is splashing himself with water in the tiny shower? This will be you when you use the shower head. Zero power except in the wand, which is not great either because the code keeps tangling.

Most awful purchase I’ve made in a long time! I needed a hand held sprayer for my body so I wouldn’t get my hair wet this thing is made to clean a dog not a human and the pressure of the regular wall mount is awful 😢 three thumbs down wasted purchase I don’t even use my shower I use the spare bathroom
