Just a few words I want to share, where have you been all my life. I bought one from one store but I remember seeing this one in my search. I ordered it online, arrived in 2,days, is installed in 10 minutes. This is by far one of the best purchases I have made in my entire life. It has 12 levels and the best one for me was the massage warm water on my neck after sitting for hours at a computer, In my opinion EVERY household needs one of these. Living in an apartment for the first time in many years, the water pressure of the shower was so low that it barely rinsed the soap off. I wanted to have the wand for cleaning the shower and this item is exactly what I need. The pressure is better and has the option of the shower head being on at the same time as the wand. Very happy with my purchase.

Just got this hooked up but my boyfriend is loving the different settings the water pressure. Even the hose is flexible so it lays flat against the shower wall! He really can't stop taking about it.
