Easy install and great spray, we’ll see how long it lasts. Hopefully for some years.

I took a chance at a new shower head because my old one had weak pressure and leaked. As soon as I installed this product I tested the water in my tub to try out the different settings and wand and OMG the pressure on this is AMAZINGGG. I am in love. I love love how you can have the wand on and the shower head on at the same time!! This product gave me the best shower I ever had. No complaints!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy to install. Only okie RSV are needed, I personally didn’t need them because I could unscrew the old head with my hand. You are literally just connecting 3 things together by hand, super easy to install. The shower feels great too. The handheld has good pressure. And the different settings on the main head has soft or more powerful options. It feels good quality, like I’m at a nice hotel

Have had this product for a few months now. So pleased with it. The different settings on the stationary shower head are nice. Plenty of water pressure in the both the stationary shower head and hand-held piece. Makes tasks like washing my hair and cleaning the shower stall a breeze.

I have not used this product yet. The company is sending me a part that I need for it before I can install. But based on what I know about Waterpik products, I am not worried at all about how happy I will be with this shower head. The customer service is what I want to review. I am amazed, and in awe about the care that I received both times I called this morning. Not just the amazing kindness, and willingness to help me out. But also the “above and beyond” stellar service I received! They’re shipping to me everything I need, and then some! I don’t deserve this. Lately, it seems like Customer Service is not really a thing anymore. This company proves me wrong on that. I cannot wait to get what I need to install this new shower head. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It was super easy to install the different settings on the primary head or just perfect. And the wand is also great, especially trying to rinse my shower. It also has really great water pressure. The pressure in my apartment's not that great but this takes care of that easily.

This shower head is great! I love all of the settings available on this. You can chose to use just the hose, just the shower head, or both with just the turn of a knob. On the shower head itself, there’s also another adjustment that allows you to change the flow of water on the head-this is where you can choose the massaging settings. The hose is nice and long-good for rinsing thick hair, and for rinsing down the shower walls. Good price for a shower head that does so much!
