Overall, this is a vast improvement from my broken shower head. The water comb works a bit differently than a traditional shower attachment. The fixed shower head has many great options and combinations to make for a relaxing shower. My only complaint is that the hose leaks a little water around the plastic fittings. I used plumbers tape to add all threaded attachments.

The different settings are great, the massage setting is great to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. The wand is a great to wash the dog or if you just want to wash your hair. I really like the XIB-633E-SBX-183ME showerhead, it has a gentle, but powerful spray, I thought the handheld powercomb was luxurious.
