This shower head has some great features. There are several different water flow settings for rinsing and massage. We have lower water pressure and this shower head gives us a nice, steady flow of water and the pressure is great! I love the wand for hard to reach areas, rinsing bottoms of feet, back, etc. The hose is long so I can also use it to rinse the dog easier. I only gave 4 stars because it's plastic which does make it feel a bit flimsy. The actual shower head is ok but I worry they dial to switch from shower head to wand seems like it won't hold up long. Overall it's a great shower head and I'd choose it again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We have had this shower head for over a year now and all was good until recently. The wand will leak water as you shower. I have taken it down and cleaned the until out. I believe with it being made of plastic components that the dial is just not working properly anymore. I have looked at replacing the diverter but since it has a different mount, they are not replaceable. For this reason, I will not purchase another one.

I really like the different settings and the water flow is perfect. However - it is very difficult to switch to the hand-held wand. The lever takes a good amount of strength to move. I avoid using the wand for this reason. Is this a common problem?

It is good, but not amazing. Reading other reviews I really thought I was buying this amazing shower head but it is pretty ordinary.

I bought this shower head less than a month ago. I loved it at first. While it doesn't have as many spray patterns as others, the wand sold me. It took me less than 10 minutes to remove the old shower head and replace it with this model. I was so happy with it, I threw away the packaging a week after installation. Two weeks after I installed the shower head, my happiness went away. It started with a drip here and there from the wand. I would reset the valve and the drip would stop. That only worked a few times. Now, it has gone from dripping occasionally to constantly dripping from about half of the openings in the wand. The worst part, the water dripping is cold. You will be taking a nice warm shower and have constant cold drips hitting you. Not happy with this product. Money down the drain.

So disappointed with this. The water pressure was barely existent. It trickled and wouldn’t simultaneously come out of the wand and head. I called Waterpik customer service and they said to take it off and reattach. I did three times and the problem still existed. I ordered something better and more affordable from Amazon and returned this one.

Most awful purchase I’ve made in a long time! I needed a hand held sprayer for my body so I wouldn’t get my hair wet this thing is made to clean a dog not a human and the pressure of the regular wall mount is awful 😢 three thumbs down wasted purchase I don’t even use my shower I use the spare bathroom

Do you know the scene in elf where he is splashing himself with water in the tiny shower? This will be you when you use the shower head. Zero power except in the wand, which is not great either because the code keeps tangling.

Stay away from this piece of garbage. Quality is abysmal, the connecting diverter nut is plastic, too easy to damage the threading if you don’t attach it perfectly straight. Instructions say no pipe tape is needed, totally false. And since no tape come in the package (or any extra washers) the leaking nightmare had to wait for next day. And after installing it, can’t help to look at this thing and see a cheap terribly thing that it is. Took it off and returned.
