My biggest issue with these is that they are consistently falling out of my ears. I can't make even a miniscule facial expression without the bud wedgind out some and then completely falling out. The old airpods (2nd gen) almost never fell out of my ears, I'm not sure why they thought changing the design to a rounder bud helps anything. Wish I could keep these, but I'm actively working on returning them. Over all these have fantastic sound quality, mic, and voice isolation feature so that my phone conversations don't pick up all the sound around me -- but to me those things don't matter if I can't even speak without the earbuds popping out¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Stopped working within 5 months sadly I didn’t get insurance because I couldn’t afford it on top off the 200+ I paid for the headphones short life for the price you’d expect better quality

If you have smaller ear holes these are not for you. They’re constantly falling out of my ear. Like literally will just fly off while I’m walking. I like how they will connect automatically.. but the fit is off.

I dislike these so much. They fall out of my ear constantly & make my ear canal sweaty when they don’t. I had the original AirPods and they were great. These are a huge fail. Also very disappointed they don’t charge wirelessly, which seemed misleading from the description.

I bought the 3rd gen because they are suppose to have better sound quality and they are water proof. But the sound didn't make a difference because they barely fit in my. They just keep sliding out. I'm just going to go back to the 2nd generation airpods.

Purchased these and were supposed to be new but somehow the AirPod name came up as “Ya mama” my kid was confused and said are these yours

These are so big, which makes them uncomfortable and they fall out so easy because of this. The sound is great and they work fine.

I lost my pair of AirPods so I thought I’d purchase the new version. The sound quality is good but I had to return these because they would not stay in my ears! I’m just going to purchase another pair of the 2nd generation to replace my lost ones.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas and they didn’t pair to his phone. We had to bring them to the Apple Store to get sent away and we received a new pair a week later, turns out the case and AirPods were faulty. The new pair is working fine so far (the last pair died after about 2 years of use).
