The description of the item says it can be charged by MagSafe—it cannot as is. You have to buy a case separately to charge it. Otherwise, it's lightning cord only. Additionally, the earpiece is just a bit too big. It constantly comes loose to the point of nearly falling out.

Sound was great but would not stay in my ears. The shape did not work for me

They sound good but don’t stay in your ears no matter how you adjust them. I can just sit there and they’ll fall out.

The product and sound was perfect but they are so big and hurt my heart, I compared them to the 2nd generation ones and the 2nd generation are away smaller in size and actually fit and stay in my ear versus these were bigger and would constantly fall out and hurt being in my ear. Sadly had to go back to the 2nd generation ones with no buds so my ears could be happy

The sound is amazing and I really like the design, unfortunately like some of the reviews stated they’re too big for my ears and cause discomfort. I wanted to keep these but it hurts to have them on so sadly I’ll be returning and going back to the AirPods 2nd generation since they’re way more comfy on the ear.

I had the original AirPod and never had any issues. I unfortunately lost the left pair and never replaced it, so for a while I just used the right one on its own. I started going to the gym and would use my beats but they were too heavy. So I figured I’d invest in another pair of AirPods, and at the same time; upgrade to a newer pair. I read some reviews before making the purchase. Saw them on sale, so why not get them? I don’t know why they’re so pricy, because it almost feels the same as the original. But the buds are so big! It hurt to keep them in my ear comfortably, without adjusting it every so often. I’m going to exchange it for the original, which is on sale for $100. Because this ‘upgrade ‘ is not worth the extra $50 (on sale for $150)

I got these as a Christmas gift and I do love the quality of the sound and how long the battery life is. Unfortunately they fall out of my ear too much and after a few hours of wearing them they cause my ear discomfort. I also don’t like that you have to press them to pause the music compared to tapping on them. With them already falling out of my ear, pressing them is just a hassle because then I have to readjust them. If you know you have smaller ears, then I don’t recommend these.

They fall out of my ears while I’m running

I bought these and unfortunately the first one had a significant amount of glue residue on the left side of earbud entry, but thankfully I was able to exchange. I really wanted for these to work out, I use earbuds the majority of my day 5 days a week and I don’t like silicone buds so I thought this would be a great compromise. I absolutely love the sound quality all around but they did not fit they kept sliding out and hurt your ear within 30 min, it’s really 50-50 of it fitting your ear. There is earbuds cover you can invest in but its too much work and carrying around plus added expense for something I want for convenience.

Originally bought these because they were "newest" on the market. However, I did not like the way they felt in my ears at all. Weren't comfortable. Took them back and got the Airpod Pros 2. It's totally worth the switch and the little extra money.
