I received a free sample in exchange for writing this review. The sample I received was for the Probiotic and Fiber Gentle-Go formula Kids Regularity individual packets. After utilizing the product with my son, I did not find that it made a huge difference in his regularity after using it for about a week. I liked the flavorless aspect of the product because he did not realize that it had been added to his drink. What I did not like is that the product does not seem to break down completely. A significant amount of sediment remained at the bottom of the bottle/cup. I also wish that the product could be added to warm drinks and not just cold. The single serving packets are easy for transport. I think with possible prolonged use, it could be a benefit but no changes were noted after a weeks use.

I received a sample of this product to review and we were overall pleased with the product. I believe that probiotics are an important part of overall health but we hadn`t let our kids try them before. These are from a trusted brand and have the probiotic strain that has been most studied in children, so we felt comfortable giving them a try. She is four years old. Also, the advertise that they have the same amount of fiber that 5 prunes have. We don`t quite buy that after our trial. We had issues with her getting constipated about a year ago and she has been eating a couple prunes every day ever since. She usually eats 2, and the one time she had four, well, she had a couple quick trips to the bathroom that day. I almost did not let her try this product because I was afraid of what 5 prunes would do. She was fine, though. A week of this product did not change her poop schedule...this product might have the same amount of fiber as 5 prunes but it certainly does not have the effectiveness of 5 prunes when it comes to the toilet. But, that is probably a good thing! My daughter said she had a good tummy all week, no issues. She hasn`t had antibiotics in years though, and eats yogurt regularly, so I didn`t have concerns about her gut health. I do believe this would be a great product for an older child who can tell you if they are feeling better or worse, or for somebody who has been on antibiotics recently. The powder was indeed flavorless and mixed easily. I tried some myself. Overall if your kid is struggling with constipation, we have had good success with 2-3 prunes every morning, plus they are much cheaper and natural.

I received a free sample of this product to review. I'm always excited to try a product like this because I have a daughter that struggles with constipation. My daughter's chronic constipation could not be completely resolved with this product. I liked that this could be used in any drink and that it was gluten, dairy, and sugar free. That means that more people can use this product. The powder form makes it easy to take on the go and to use in any drink available. Actually, the packaging reminds me of any other powder drink mix that kids might use to put in their water bottle. So it really doesn't seem like medicine. I think juices and water works the best, not so much with milk. My daughter really likes being able to pour and stir it which makes it fun for her. I think it definitely helps, but it doesn't relieve all symptoms.

I really want my kids to try this product as they all have constipation issues. It does not blend well at all, but i found the secret. i put it in a 1/2 cup of orange juice, use a red disposable cup, and blend using my hand held mixer. i only use 1 beater on the mixer. my kids - 10, 8, and 8, were then able to drink it.

It comes in individual packages for easy portioning. The individual packages aren’t notched so they have to be cut. It doesn’t complete dissolve without a color and my kids did not like the taste in water. I’ve added emergenC to it and they liked it better but the taste is not the best. I didn’t see any immediate effects as far as digesting better or anything either.

I had high hopes for this based on reviews but it hasn’t helped my daughter. We have been using one if not two pouches a day but she still only has bowel movements every couple days. I think it does help keep her stools soft but it is not helping her regularity which I was hoping for. I have not use it up to three times a day due to the cost, using three a day is just too much for the pocket book and would not be sustainable for me to do everyday. I do feel good about giving her the fiber but I just don’t see a difference as I expected.

Product works well for daughter the first time we bought it. But the second time we ordered it for pick up was expired. This is for a kid so this was concerning. Please be sure to check dates when purchasing/before using.
