The media could not be loaded. Great looking oven. Small though. Not large enough to fit in a regular sized pizza. And you may have noticed pizza sizes have gotten much smaller. Other than that it works great.

I use this all the time. It is a little narrow, so you can only make small batches. The dehydrator does not go as low as a regular dehydrator, but works for average dehydrating needs. I would like it to have a manual option with a wider range of heat/time selection.

Comes with NO instructions and even after trying to contact Costway, still no instructions!!!!

The oven works great so far. It's quiet and easy to clean. The instruction manual is poor about giving instructs on using the accessories and cooking different types of foods. It doesn't come with a recipe book. However, those are not enough reasons not to buy it because youtube has a video on how to do just about everything. The skewer rotisserie rack didn't come with screws. So, I have to use the screws that came with the rotisserie forks.

there are no instructions for this product...no cook guide ...I just have the machine and guess what and how!

I absolutely loved this oven until it suddenly stopped working at nine months. I did not buy the extended warranty because it seemed so well built, so if you do buy it, get the warranty otherwise keep looking!

Oven turned off miduse and no longer worked after only having it for 2 months. Completely dead

Bought an oven thermometer and decided to put it in this thing and it doesn’t get hotter than 350°. I really wish it would hit 430° per the manual.

I purchased this item from a retailer. A few weeks later the joints on the basket broke. They actually melted inside the airfryer. I did not have my proof of purchase anymore and costway refused to send me new ones. I even offered to pay for them but they do not sell them. So I purchased a new one and returned it with the broken accessories. Less than two months later the same thing happened and costway refused to help me AGAIN. It's $150 air fryer with cheap parts and poor customer service. AVOID
