I've always known that Beats is a street fashion brand, and they don't pay much attention to their products. That means I've lowered my expectations to a very low level. Even so, the sound quality is way too awful for a headphone at this price. Go for Sennheiser or Bose, if you are not so fond of Beats' outlook that you could ignore the sound quality.

They’re smaller than I expected and not as loud as i thought, i’m getting airpod’s instead

Battery life no good

When I on a plane it king of looses the noise cancellation and then it comes back, I never had that issue with my old no Bluetooth Bose

This product is okay. It had giving me a lot of connection issues but it works. I’d have to say that there are probably better products out there.

The sound is great but after about 3ish months of light use the leather on the earpieces is cracking. I don’t wear makeup or use them with wet hair so idk why they’ve hardly lasted. It just sucks because these weren’t cheap and again I’ve lightly used them

I returned them as they looked a bit tacky with the gold tone accents and they felt rather flimsy. I'm convinced that these are more about branding and cool factor than quality sound. They really did not impress on either level. I ended up with Sony and there's simply no comparison.

Fuzzy sound. I chalked it up at the beginning to different excuses. But don’t buy these. Bad sound quality. When on work calls my co-workers ask me to stop using them because the sound quality is poor. Maybe I got a lemon. But for the price, there should be no lemons. And I’m past the time of the return. So I can’t even do anything about it now. Except prevent others from wasting their money on these.

The headset is great for audio but if you user going to use it for calls go with Bose.

I bought these because we have owned too many pairs to count over the years…replacing all of the was due to other family hijacking’s them 😉 I have never been so disappointed with this brand. The sound quality and noise canceling is great although I was super disappointed in the overall weight of the plastic design as well as stiffness. In addition to the microphone speech quality was 1⭐️ And I am not even sure if I had another way of rating that I would not go less. For the money I would definitely go with something else if you are looking and needing both great sound and speaking quality. I will say though if you do not need the speech function then it would be a good purchase.
