I recently purchased these to replace my Beats Solo 3's. I had always loved the idea of the Beats Studio as I assumed they would offer a little more punch than my Solo's. I was happy with my Solo's and they gave me years of use. They still hold up today. But when putting on these Studios and turning on my music, it was an instant "WTF" moment. There is no punch, there is no volume, etc. They definitely let you hear the layers of the music, but force the volume to be super low. You can barely feel the sound. There is NO BASS. NONE! My Beats Solo's are so much louder and give so much more than the Studios. I tried multiple devices (phones, computers, Onkyo receiver), different streams (Spotify, YouTube, etc.), played with the EQ on all devices for days, but could never get these to sound even comparable to my Solos. The ANC works great, and you can kind of hear a slight difference in volume when you turn it on/off, but this just seems like Apple felt their competitors were kicking their butt with ANC and they needed to release something just for the sake of it. Which is becoming very routine for Apple, with no innovation or real improvements, just releasing crap products that had little thought in design to keep up with their competitors. They are very comfortable to wear. They sit on your head nicely and even before you turn them on are blocking outside noise. But what good is that when the sound quality of the music is very lack luster. Also, why is it when you have them plugged in do they run the power? I loved using my Solos for work because I could plug the headphone jack directly and listen to my music, answer calls, and never use the battery. These you can't plug in and NOT use the battery. This was not just a big step down for Beats/Apple, it was like they jumped off a cliff.

I’ve had a lot of headphones over the years and you’re better off with $50 skull candy headphones if you want great sound. These have no bass and no real adjustment to quality of sound at all. Pretty unimpressed. My AirPod pros and even basic headphones have better sound quality

I got these for the ANC only the rest was an extra. And They don't cancel anything. a 60 USD headset with no ANC i have cancels the same. This will only probably stop you from hearing your computer. But as for an office or noisy street or house this is not it. I regret this. They feel really cheap, like they put 90% of the budget into making the box. The hinges crack the audio is mid at best but beats is not known for its audio so i can let that pass. The ears feel compressed when wearing these. Long term use is not comfortable either due to that ear pressure. the battery is great tho. Overall i wish i lived in the us to return them. Don't get them pay a little extra for anything else. These are horrible.

I was really excited about these headphones. I’ve had them for about two months now. They are not worth $350. Luckily, I got them on sale for $150, but they aren’t even worth that much. Pros: • Sound quality is really lacking for this price point. • The noise canceling randomly turns itself off while you’re listening to music. • Music cuts out randomly, even when your phone is right beside you. • They feel kind of cheap. • They will make your ears feel super hot if you wear these to workout and you sweat a lot. • If you have long hair, it will get caught in these. Pros: • Fantastic battery life. It’s the only thing that makes these headphones worth anything. • No issues connecting to my iPhone 11. All in all, would not recommend. You can find much better headphones for cheaper.

First, these are NOT over the ear headphones. They are on ear and I wear glasses so they hurt after 30 minutes. This is the most disappointing factor about these headphones for the price. I read another review where someone said they pulled her hair out each time and they do that to me also. I have long hair and my hair gets caught every time I take them off. The positive about these headphones is have Apple products so it connects automatically to my phone and other devices immediately. They also connect easily to my Kindle that I listen to audible books daily. I like the easy Bluetooth connection and sound is really good too but the on the ears really hurts after 30 minutes. If they were truly over the ears they would be almost perfect!

These are the second pair I purchased for my son. He loves them. The ends of the headband are only tiny plastic ends for the little screws to fasten to, and take the brunt of the force for the "folding" of them. It's a very common break for these freaking expensive headphones, and the replacements available are the same brittle OEM replacements and break easily. I suggest, if you buy these overpriced units, buy headbands to fix them in as little as 1 to 2 months. That really is about the only complaint I have, it's a biggie because we have 2 busted headphones gathering dust until more replacements come. *No insurance was purchased through Amazon, because all reviews said that was totally bogus and Apple says, they knot nothing of your warranty card and registration, so, you wasted more money. Because I have a micro screwdriver set, I can fix it. Just asinine these couldn't have a metal headband or at least an inch of it be metal that the folding knuckle attaches to. Wait, that would bite big into profits. Would I purchase these again? Not if I can talk sense into my own son about higher quality other name brands or well-built off brands actually can be.

AMAZING headphones that perform better than the Solo 3 wireless. In other words, when I bought the Solo 3 wireless headphones, they were killing my ear canal. I tried to get used to them for about 2 weeks without luck. The Studio 3 is wireless, amazing, and causes no ear pain. The sound is great, and the ANC is also great—not amazing like the BOSE headphones, but it does its job to block out any unwanted sounds. I am in meetings all day and working from home, and when my dog goes crazy because he sees a squirrel and starts winning and barking, I can hear him a little, and the good part is that the other folks do not hear him at all. *****Update as of Jan 20th, 2023.***** Today I was connected via the 3.5mm wire on a meeting and I noticed that I could not hear anything. I noticed that the battery level was showing in red. I clicked on power to turn it off. However, I still could not hear anyone speaking. To my surprise, I discovered that when the battery is dead, we cannot use the headphones connected via the 3.5mm. The battery needs to have a charge for it to work. WOW ***** Updated Feb 1, 2023, ****** With ANC enabled. People tell me that I sound distorted or muffled on every call or meeting. I recently disabled ANC by double-clicking on the power button. Since turning ANC off everyone was able to hear me clearly. I do not understand, this is an expensive device and it should work with ANC on. ***** Updated Feb 2nd, 2023. ***** In meetings, if you are muted or if you mute the meeting, I can hear the person on the call talking. Then go over to a social media site like Twitter to catch up on what is going on. While scrolling down, the Twitter site is muted for all videos, with no sound on the videos. Beats Studio will make a nice cut and disable the person who is talking in the meeting, and then it comes back. I do have ANC off this is strange. ***** Updated Feb 6, 2023. ***** These headphones are great, but being in meetings for about an hour, they were not comfortable. But they were better than the Solos. I had to constantly turn off the ANC by pressing the power button twice. When I turned them off, everyone in the meeting was able to hear me. Plus, the popping noise was gone. I even tried using the 3.5mm wire that it came with, and it was still the same. I am working on my Windows 10 or 11 computer and switching between the PC and my Android Pixel 6 device. When trying to connect to the Pixel 6 using the Beats software app, it would not connect at all. even though the Beats were on the saved devices. I tried clicking on it, and then I clicked on Connect, and nothing would happen. Battery life was great. I was a little surprised when the battery died and I could not use the 3.5mm wire. The device requires some power to use the 3.5 mm wire. Sorry, Apple, I am returning these headphones.
