I loved my headphones, I use them daily(got them in jan 2022) . But today i saw this! I never noticed it before and im honestly heart broken 💔

I heard great things about Beats for years so I was super excited when they arrived. I didn't like the fit of these headphones on my head even fully stretched out, they were too tight even after a few times of wearing them. I also didn't like the sound quality meaning bass, my no name brands head phones soundre louder and have more bass than these beats. For me, I will stick to my other head phones.

I do have to say there light and the war cuff are not bad but as of 5 1 22 they are on sale for about 200 USD which still doesn’t make them worth for the price i honestly feel like they dropped the ball on this product ANC is non existent on or off is about the same the sound quality is not good very muddy almost muffled I had the beats fit pro and the powerbeat pros and they sound miles better I would recommend beats fit pro over any other beats currently air pods aren’t for me ears so I can’t suggest those. Was looking for over ear headphones but these are not it you should probably get a refurbished Sony XM4 for the same price

There are much better headphone options out there. If you can find these on sale though they are pretty good for under $200 (Prime Day). Bose definitely has better noise cancellation and better sound in my opinion. The Beats are a bit too much bass for my liking so it would be nice to have some eq adjustments.

Mine was missing the clip it's suppose to come with. Not a huge deal, and not the reason I'm returning them, but I'm kind of annoyed about that. I only know they were suppose to come with a clip because the new pair (different model) I bought came with one.

Noise canceling is 2/10 compared to Sony’s. I’ve had both, Beats and Sony, and now I am kind of regretting investing in this Beats. Sound is okay but not great. - Yea, Beats feel more comfortable than Sony’s but Noise cancelling and sound quality is very poor. I would not buy this product again. Noise cancelling is a must for me.

I am not a sound enthusiast. I am an ordinary person when it comes to this. I like the headphones especially the noise canceling. I went outside with them on and was a bit concerning that I couldn't hear ANY of the traffic, etc. So that works WHAT I DIDNT LIKE was the carrying case. There is no room for the charging cord or instructions. Now I made it work BUT it's a sight fit. Very bad design. What if I'm going away for awhile and need to charge them. That's why, I took away 2 stars

Only lasted me a year with everyday use with gym use ended up having battery/connectivity issues not allowing me to be connected for more than a few minutes and disconnecting flashing red and white
