Headphones work amazing. Just disappointed the zipper broke the day I got it

I honestly love these headphones, but the whole reason I got noise cancelling headphones is because i spend 85% of my time on airplanes. I have to turn my music almost to 100% for it to block the noise. I still love them, but I do wish that part was better

Apple make quality products, we all know that, thats why they are a multi billion dollar company. You dont become a company with Apple's reputation by selling junk. Lets just all agree on that right off the top. Secondly, if you had a pair of Beats and the headpiece snapped its because you broke it. You guys sound like my kid. Lastly, if by some reason you really did get a new pair of defective Beats, Apple covers all their products for one year from all damage- accidental or otherwise- that includes Beats. Thats a driving reason for me buying their products- I live in SF and there is an Apple Store four blocks away. Their service at the store is outstanding. Meet you at the door, listen to you, and fix it on the spot most times.

Not noise cancellation like my AirPods Pro

The noise cancellation is great, with a little bit of tweaking the sound quality was much improved. They are pretty comfortable but my ears don't fully fit in the recess so I have to adjust regularly or my ears start to hurt. The battery life is not great, but the charger included does a great job getting a good charge into the headphones quickly. The carrying case included is high quality and will provide excellent protection while traveling.

I didn't give it 5 stars because after using it for a while it starts to bother a little bit.

An earlier generation. Micro USB rather than USB C. Advertised as having 22 hours of charge but you’re lucky to get half of that. Good stereo separation. So-so value. You’re paying for me name.

Everything is good on this pair of wireless headphones from battery life too sound cancellation, only bad thing is that they don’t have a good bass like the old Beats Studio did. So if your looking for some good bass this headphones are not it.

Color options are great but build quality is just ok. Hard sounding buttons when pausing music or skipping tracks etc. Felt like a ton of plastic with a fancy wrapper. I get it. But still using a mico-usb to charge and old school controls just cheaps the product out. There are better headphones out there. Returned.

Everything about these headphones is wonderful! The audio quality is amazing! However they are a little tight so wearing them for prolonged period of time will give me a headache after about 3 hours of use. However, the battery lasts FOREVER and they cancel noice very well! Overall I would give 4.5 stars but they don’t have that option!
