I am 5'4" 135lbs, 36 years old and a Mom of 4. I love these! I ordered a small and medium and could definitely wear both. The small made me feel slimmer from being tighter but seemed to roll down just a little. The medium doesn't roll down at all. These don't really suck you in, but help smooth everything out and keep that mommy tummy hidden some. I really like these!!

This tummy taming brief was great for me. I plan to order a few more. My waistline is about 30 in, my hip measurement is about a 38 in, and I am 5 feet tall. I am losing weight, but still have a little pouch down there. This panty really smoothed me out! I would advise that if you have a very large stomach and are trying to "pull" your stomach in or squeeze it tight like the typical Spanx or a waist cincher, this is not going to do that! I would say this is more for smaller stomachs that just need a little tuck and smoothing out.

I'm a size 14, I ordered a large. These are so comfortable. I have soft fat so these really sucked me in. As of yet they have not rolled down.

I have several pairs of cute tights (Women's Winter Cotton Cable Knit Sweater Footed Tights) that I bought from Amazon which I had stopped wearing because they would inch down. So I gave this underwear a try, to wear OVER the tights, and it worked! Also, I have tried tummy taming underwear in the past, but they always gave me a stomach ache. These don't give me a stomach ache, yet they still give me the control I'm looking for.

it was kind of tight but that’s bc of my thighs haha, once it got to my stomach area it fit perfectly, and as expected. it is very comfortable and it does stretch nicely.
