These boots are very sturdy and heavy, my husband said they were very warm and was worried they were to heavy and would make his feet sweat. These fit true to size. If your husband don't like heavy boots these will not work for you. However, he did say they were really comfortable and thought they would do amazing on a hike. If you don't have sweaty feet these boots will be amazing. This item Felt true to size and the width Felt true to width. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband needs new boots for winter so he decided to give these Doran winter hiker boots by All in Motion a try. He usually wears a 10.5 but since these boots do not come in half sizes, he sized up to an 11. Unfortunately even sized up the boots still felt tight in the toes. He will need to size up again, however I’m afraid another whole size will be too big. He likes the style as they are a rugged boot but don’t look like a bulky snow boot. Overall a good boot but runs small. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is a true size 11 in boots. He wanted a sturdy black pair of boots that are water resistant, which is this boot. My husband said they are comfortable to walk in and liked how high they came up over the ankle giving great support. The only thing he wasn't a fan of was that they felt tight across the toe box with thinner socks. He's worried in the colder weather he wouldn't comfortably be able to wear thicker socks. Felt like a true size 11 but narrow across the toe box.

These boots not only look good they feel good. The sizing is right on track and they look great.
