The batteries have been stored in an air-conditioned space and now a year later, they don't work. I had to go to the store right now to replace them. I will reach out to Amazon to see what they will do to right this wrong and I will update you.Update: Due to the fact that I hadn't had the product for a year, Amazon made an exception and gave me a refund. I have been made whole.Lesson: Don't buy so many batteries at once just in case they don't have the expected shelf life.

These batteries did not last anywhere near as long as I hoped they would. They don't last even half the amount of time as the leading brands, such as Duracell and Energizer. I recommend spending a bit more for longer lasting batteries.
