He tenido tabletas Android, Apple y ahora la Surface. Por mucho, la mejor de todas. Cuando necesito una tableta, tengo una tableta; cuando necesito una computadora, tengo una computadora ahí mismo.

TL;DR I gambled buying this "renewed" tablet (turns out its great), I regret nothing. I mulled over getting this tablet for a considerable amount of time. I even looked at other alternatives (like getting a brand new Surface Go). In the end, I decided to try ordering my first "renewed" product on Amazon. This tablet was going to be traveling with me so I didn't mind any possible minor imperfections which would be inevitable. I received my order surprisingly quick (I live in Hawaii and used free shipping). Maybe because I brought one already "in stock" and within a week I received it. The amazon shipping box was in good condition. Inside the box was the actually package. They put in the effort to protect the box with plastic overwrap and paper stuffing to stop it from shifting. They repackaged the "renewed" Surface Go in a different box (I'm assuming) with the word "Refurbished." The package was simple (and looks nice IMO) and was in good condition minus a small dint on one top corner. Inside the Surface Go was wrapped and protected in plastic wrap set in place in a mold. Also inside the charger (not sure if it is original or generic) was in a box of its own and the wires weren't banded or coiled nicely (just coiled to fit the box). Lastly, inside there was manuals and warranty papers (didn't really bother to close examine). The "renewed" Surface Go inside looked brand new. I didn't see any scratches or dints (front or back or sides). The screen looks virtually pristine. Even if I look at it from an angle, I don't see any imperfections on the screen. I guess I got lucky. I felt so lucky I decided to protect this beautiful tablet with a new leather case and screen protector (which I wasn't planning on buying in the first place). I should also mention the charger looks brand new too. Basically the tablet operates as it should. The tablet has Window 10 in S mode [note: S mode restricts outside programs (Googlechrome, FireFox, etc.) that have not been verified by Microsoft from installing on the computer/tablet]. You can turn off S mode (indefinitely only) but risk losing some protection from Trojans, Malware, etc.). I am keeping it in S mode for the time being and using Microsoft Edge as my default internet browser (for now it is working fine). Web browsing and video streaming is no trouble. The touch screen sensitivity is alright (not great, not terrible). The all glass display looks nice. It is light and feels solid with matte nice finish on the back. The battery seems to hold for hours (not an all day charge) and the charger works fine. I am glad this tablet has an auxiliary port, however, it only has one USB-C port (something I overlooked). I will have to buy an adapter for USB-C to USB. This tablet works nicely as a mobile web browser and to watch videos. I haven't used it intensively so endurance and reliability are still pending review.

Overall good. Battery life could use some improvement but it's still great to be my very first laptop ever

I really enjoy the neat things I’m able to do with my surface pro. My wife is an artist and uses it to draw up designs for door hangers. The price of the stylus and keyboard attachments are more expensive than I would like but I needed them. This computer has worked well for everything I needed. The battery life isn’t as great as I would like and the feeling of an actual laptop is more comfortable but this still gets the job done.

Sometimes it’s hard to connect the Bluetooth & it even crashes at time.

Not the greatest table, I guess it’s cheap for a reason should of just saved my money for an apple tablet.

Not sure if it's a good product or not it never turned on.

Returned....where's the keyboard, mouse and stylus? If it says in the fine print that it's not included then I just feel tricked. Thought I was getting my teen a hybrid of sorts. What we got was essentially an over priced tablet looking thing. No thanks.
