Very disppointed that the blanket stopped working after I washed it

Got this as a Christmas gift. I didn’t wash it or crumple it. About 70% of the blanket no longer heats up.

It was great— while it worked. I bought it in 2023, used it November to January, then when I brought it out at Thanksgiving 2024, it wouldn’t work anymore.

It was great until it broke not even a year later

I really enjoyed the sleek design of the blanket, however after the first 2 uses, only parts of the blanket would heat up. 2.5 weeks after the purchase (and no washing it yet), the blanket completely stopped working. It was really great when it did work so I had high hopes, but it did not last long.

I was so excited when I got this for Christmas. Was really disappointed when I used it and found that only 2 small spots on the entire blanket actually warm up. It is so soft and comfortable but really cannot be marketed as a “heated blanket” when only a few square inches of the entire thing actually are heated.

Cozy and soft blanket that worked wonderfully, I had to wash it and followed the directions and now it won't work. Pretty disappointing when it says it's wash safe and follow the directions for it not to work. Now I can't buy another due to it being out of season but it's my sons favorite blanket.
