After I placed the order I was having a second thought because I was afraid that such a small compressor would be very noisy. So I put it to test as soon as it arrived to my mailbox. The noise is much less than the old unit I had. The inflator stops about 1.5 psi above the pressure settings. It took me less than 30 minutes to re-inflate all 8 tires on my two cars which usually took me an hour to do. The inflator is easy to work with. I am glad that in deciding to replace my old noisy one I had for over 30 years. It is well worth the price I paid.
