I love this machine. You can work out your butt, abs, push up, lower back, squats without pushing your knees is amazing for people with knee problems. I recommend this.

This is so helpful ! I can never get a chair to be the perfect height for hip thrusts and this was perfect ! I also use it for in place lunges and sit ups . It did arrive a little damaged at the corners , not sure if that was the shipping or it was used before me but i still love it

Once you set it to your height it works amazing. I can definitely get a good workout. The only thing is that is just not as quick/ easy to adjust to each person height. Other than that works amazing

This hyper extension/sissy squat machine is amazing! I can’t believe how high the quality is.... I mean for around $100, you’d expect so Etching far more flimsy but this little getup is well made and exceeded my expectations. 5 Stars! I recommend this product.

Shipping was SO fast! Got it way sooner than expected. Very happy to find that it was easy to put together, too.. there’s not much to it and the directions are easy. Solid product design.. used it for barbell sissy squats. It is very stable- would highly recommend.

I love this machine. It was easy to put together. Not very good directions for use. Had to watch youtube videos to get routines but overall great purchase.

pretty versitile machine, doesn't bother, doesn't take much space it's pretty fun to use my wife loves it.
