Equipment has a decent quality materials for the price but would not recommend if you’re average height. Extending the unit to the tallest height adjustment, you cannot perform most exercises without it being putting strain on your back and potentially being dangerous.

Missing parts and doesn’t respond

The weld at the bottom broke within 4 months. They offered me a $30 credit. I told them I expect a refund or another one in replacement. This was a flaw in design. SOmeone could have been seriously hurt while using this. Spend the extra money and get one with real metal and welds.

The machine was good for sissy squats. But was not good for some of the other exercises they claim it can do. The vertical adjustable pad was way to short even on the highest setting. I’m only 6 foot tall.
