I do not like not being able to get a deep squat due to the extended lip. Otherwise the product was received adequately packaged. It is a solid piece of equipment and extremely easy to assemble. It isn't overly heavy or awkward and it will slide under a bed. There are hooks for resistance bands as well. I am overall pleased.

Really great accessory piece for my gym. It’s simple to move around and adjust to the movement you need. My only issue was with shipping and handling. The frame close to the wheel somehow got smashed. I was able to hammer it in place enough to attach the wheel but it was annoying to have to do with a new piece of equipment.

I'm very impressed with the GYMAX Sissy Squat Machine and the overall versatility of the piece of equipment. The sissy squat machine is the perfect machine for targeting the quads and building leg strength. I've been able to develop a few full body workouts almost exclusively using the GYMAX Sissy Squat Machine.

It's uncomfortable on the buttox part. The cushion hurts for me as a more fuller figured woman. The foot holder isn't the best, but not the absolute worst. Just be mindful if you're bigger
