I'm very impressed with the GYMAX Sissy Squat Machine and the overall versatility of the piece of equipment. The sissy squat machine is the perfect machine for targeting the quads and building leg strength. I've been able to develop a few full body workouts almost exclusively using the GYMAX Sissy Squat Machine.

easy to assemble and easy to move around ..but I don't know what the random yellow foot imprints are for.. and it was missing a threading on the wheel in the front. so basically it can only be used for one thing sissy squats

Meh. Quite a few design flaws. 1. Extremely short. (And I'm short) 2. Bad foot placement, hyperextends knees. 3. Balance issues. 4. Limited ROM for footholds. The build seems ok, but seems like it went from the design table to production and they forgot to test it.

Sturdy and good quality. I bought this to help with my ACL recovery. I needed something that would help strengthen my hamstring. This makes squatting easy and safe. It is well made, and compact enough to not take up too much room. It can easily be rolled around once you screw the casters on. Assembly was minimal and simple. I have it 2 stars because the cushion came damaged. It had, what I hope, is glue residue. I've sent a message to the vendor and waiting for response. Depending on the customer service I'll adjust the rating.

Equipment works well. Unfortunate ly the vinyl had a tear on the side. The box wasn't damaged. So, it was sent that way. Shipping was ridiculous. It went all over and 4 days after promised.

The weld at the bottom broke within 4 months. They offered me a $30 credit. I told them I expect a refund or another one in replacement. This was a flaw in design. SOmeone could have been seriously hurt while using this. Spend the extra money and get one with real metal and welds.
