It holds my Samsung tablet right where I want it. Heavy duty cable clamp holds tight on the window. The clamp for the tablet would be better if a 7 in tablet didn't slide in it but still holds them securely

I use the Paprika recipe manager app on my 7" Kindle, and was sick of having to move over to the spot on the counter I could set it up in order to read the recipe. With this tablet mount, I can attach it to the upper kitchen cabinet so that it's in front of my face and I don't have to walk anywhere. At 7", you have to use it landscape, or the clamp is too wide. There's gaps on the clamp so you can avoid pressing down on the volume or power buttons, but you have to slide it up (you can't center it).The thick wire gooseneck is so bulky though, it's hard to manipulate it and it makes it quite heavy. It's not usually a problem though. You just can't smush it down for storage in between uses. It still makes my life easier! Don't forget to check out the Paprika app--it's a game changer!

This does everything they say it will. I'm using it for my iPad and attach it on an easel. Now I can view photos that I'm painting at eye level. No more having to print stuff out on paper with expensive color ink. This arm does not tired out. And the iPad is very securely clamped in . My iPad measures 6.5" by 9.25". I also will take it off the easel and attach it to my headboard to watch Netflix, etc... in bed. Yes, that is lazy! But it's also awesome. Took the TV out of my room and put it a guest room. My only gripe is that I do have to wrestle the arm into the position I want. That's my only gripe. But a stronger person might not have this issue. Can't beat this for the price. I would definitely buy another if necessary.

Great product at a super great price. It’s very strong and you could clip it anywhere.

Updated Review:My first one broke and the seller was great and sent me a new one. This new one worked so much better (I must have gotten a dud the first time). The arm is stiff, but thats how its suppose to be in the beginning. It works on my Ipad mini and have no issues with the product since. The wire that holds up the device is well made and the clamp stays put. You can tilt the screen about 30 degrees all around which makes it nice to adjust, without adjusting the entire arm.At first the item was very hard to move around the arm. After adjusting it worked ok but would slip occasionally. After 2 months, and using a handful of times the piece that clamps to the table broke. Not sure if mine was defective, but am not happy with the product.

The main use of this stand for me is to hold my ipad when I'm doing my workouts in my garage. I have my workouts accessible from my iPad so I attached the stand to one of the handles on my pathfinder bluetooth speaker, see photo. I have it stretched out as much as possible and my workout videos play on my ipad and through my speaker! It's sooooo useful for me. I've also used it at my desk and attached it to the side but I found that using it for my workouts is one of the best things ever. It also fits my iphone 11 great as well.

Everything is fine but the big but is that the clamps on it could’ve had a little more thought to it. Rubber in between maybe because when I had tried it out on my coffee table, it crunches a part of it and left little teeth marks. I remedied it by super gluing erasers on both sides and now it’s fine.update 2/12- I had a small hiccup when I recieved my product, but very soon after the first review, I recieved an e-mail from Rachel who wanted to make sure I walked away happy. One of the first times anyone responded to anything I wrote. It never was a bad product for it is being used by my son while doing his homework. So I need to bump it up to 5 stars because there was someone live on the other end of customer service.

I’ve had this for about two months now and I use it on my Fire 7. I love this! I have 2 hour bus commute and this has completely saved my life. Not only do I use it to watch movies but it’s good for kindle reading as well. You don’t have to worry about having to look down and getting neck aches. I also just recently took this on a plane ride and I had a flight attendant comment on how awesome and smart this was. It very simple to fold up into a smaller shape to store it in a backpack easier. But it can be a bit hard to move it into the shape that you need it to be. If you are patient enough to shape into the way you need it, there shouldn’t be anything else to worry about.

Wasn't expecting alot from this when I bought it, but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived today. When I open the box, the "arm" for the stand was actually coiled and all I could think was that this wasn't not going to be able to hold up my tablet for long. Then I tried to uncoil the "arm," that took some effort, the "arm" itself is pretty solid and took a few minutes to bend into the desired shape I needed, safe to say I'm not worried about the "arm" anymore. Both the clamp you use to attach to a table and the clamp that holds your tablet are easy to setup and use, I would be careful with the table clamp, don't tighten that one too much, it's the weakest part of the whole system.
