I like to listen to my iPhone/iPad when I go o bed at night, but it ends up lost in the blankets or on a bedside table just out of reach. This clamp on stand allows me to attach it to the bed frame and it is always within reach - or pushed out of the way if I’m not listening. I’ve trued it with my full sized I Pad and it works pretty well for that also. It would more than likely attach to a desk or chair to use while sitting and reading. Works well and a reasonable price.

This thing is pretty neat. It's made me use my tablet more for watching shows and movies. It can be shaped into pretty much any position you need it for and it holds that position quite well. The clamp is very sturdy and the part that holds the tablet even swivels. My only complaint is I feel like I have to wrestle with it to get it into the position I need. It's a little on the stiff side but that allows it to hold some crazy positions. So if you don't mind having to strong arm this thing it's a great buy lol.

I’m a teacher who occasionally works from home. Taking my document camera back and forth from the classroom is difficult and often impractical so I used this with my iPad mini to make my own document camera. Works great!! It’s small though, the iPad mini fits and so would my phone (iPhone X) but a bigger tablet would be harder to use because the spring inside the holder is very tight.

I bought this for my wife who teaches "piano-by-web." I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised that the goose neck is thick but compliant enough to be shaped, and the spring-loaded bracket is adequately strong to secure my wife's 9" iPad without dropping or drooping. The clamp that secures the product to a table edge has rubber pads to prevent scratches. The "tube-screw" that tightens the clamp is quite ingenious. Just be careful not to over-tighten as it's a plastic clamp that could crack; the rubber pads are sufficient for a stable bond on surfaces.

Does the job, was able to hold my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019). I have been using it for a month now and it still holds up, no signs of wear so far. Some of the reviews here got me worried at first but I took the chance and I don't regret it. My only complaint about this product is how its arm being not lengthy enough. I think compared to other brands, this one has a shorter arm. However, this tablet holder also cost less in comparison to those said products so I think it's fair.

Use this bed side for my phone at night. The grip is pretty sturdy, just make sure you don’t tighten it too much -I overtightened it and I felt like it could crack if it was tightened too much due to it being made of plastic. The only slight annoyance I have with this product is that the post, while flexible in all directions, will wobble back and forth a bit when tapping the display.I wouldn’t recommend this if you plan to constantly tap the screen while its sitting in the grip as the wobbling may become an annoyance. However, for handsfree use (display/video/etc) it’s perfect.

I bought this because I wanted something to hold my iPad while I spin on my stationary spinning bike. I mounted the clamp horizontally on the handlebar post (see pictures) which is approx 2” thick. The gooseneck is not super flexible which is actually a good thing; once I got the gooseneck positioned it has not moved. The clamp on the iPad holder also manages my heavy duty iPad case in addition to my iPad mini. Now I can spin while I watch workout videos and not worry that my iPad is going to crash to the floor.

I got tired of holding my tablet while streaming videos laying in bed... while looking for a stand to put on my nightstand, I ran across this device. I clamped it down and now I've got hands-free viewing. Any angle I need... laying on my back, on my side, whatever. It'll adjust to whatever I want. I love it.

I bought this to use in bed but my current bedside table doesn't have enough of a "ledge" to hold it securely. I am using it at my desk for now. I holds my tablet so I can read my digital books and have them handy when working on assignments. I can also watch a program or video while at my desk so that's a plus.Eventually I will get a new bedside table and be able to use it there, too.It is a little difficult to maneuver for me - it's very stiff but also sturdy - but I managed it.

Overall an strong gooseneck tablet holder. But the second time trying to place my iPad in it the spring mechinsim popped out from the casing. But I fixed it with to pop rivets. Overall ok but be careful extending the springUPDATE- company send me an email about a replacement, got it quicker than they said and product is great no problems! I found out to make sure when you extend the arm, make sure that you are pulling straight out NOT out and up (towards you) at the same time so it doesn’t pop out. If you have any problems please contact the company they will make sure to help you.
