I look like an idiot trying to wrangle this thing into shape from the cramped confines of a plane seat, but it sure does make watching movies on a long flight more than bearable. This thing is so incredibly stiff and hard to get into the ideal shape. I suppose that makes it sturdy, but setup usability suffers. Regardless, it's the best, relatively compact solution I've found for getting a tablet right where you want it. Be ready for half of the people on the plane thinking you're an idiot, and the other half thinking you're a genius.

This product definitely gets the job done but as far as wobbling and stability goes it’s not great. I use it on a daily basis because I do not have another way of holding my device for filming, But it is becoming increasingly annoying to have my camera constantly shaking. It shakes more than a built-in stability in the camera can fix.

The stand works very well with both of my iphone and ipad air. It is strong and sturdy. I gave it a four star because it did take some force to adjust the angle of the steel and be careful when it is close to the plastic piece. Overall very happy with the purchase. I got one for every member in my family.

Update: I am adding another star. Their customer service has contacted me to try to resolve my issues and provided excellent support. I don't really have an issue with the product itself, just my use of it exceeds what it can do.The construction is pretty good and it fits my 9" tablet just fine, but it cannot hold the weight of the tablet. The arm slowly lowers until it touches a surface. I'm sure it would work better with a phone or smaller tablet, but if you have an older or larger tablet, be aware it won't stay where you put it for long.

I like that it can be used in many places on different devices. I don't care for that it can move a bit if you are touching the thing its on. That being said really like this. Gave it to a friend having difficulties on right position for camera on zoom, not up the nose. Then bought 1 for self to watch things with tablet or use phone for WhatsApp.

Not quite large enough for a standard iPad in a case. I originally purchased this for my classroom to use as a iPad holder for virtual learning, but I ended up having to return the product. It was decent quality, but contrary to the description did not adequately hold a iPad with or without the case. It appeared very “too heavy.” Would work great for smaller tablets or phones though.

I bought it since heavily working from home and need my tablet work on too. This helps me a lot with all the news and tickers with updates to be viewed without taking space. The only reason to give 4 stars is that it is hardly for a Amazon Fire 7, I have to adjust it very carefully since it only can be put vertically and then the jaw presses either the power button or volume button. Otherwise a must buy!Highly recommended.

It's solid product. I use it to watch my phone/play my Nintendo Switch in bed. I attached it to my coffee table and it slides a bit, but it stayed put for the most part.If I can get nitpicky, it's biggest strength is also it's biggest weakness. The gooseneck is STIFF. Which is awesome, right? You want it to be able to hold up whatever device it is you're using, but it also makes it very difficult to do minute adjustments. I realize it's kind of stupid to say it's too good at what it does, but like I said, I'm being nitpicky.I would definitely recommend this if you're trying to watch your phone/tablet or play your Switch in bed.

The product is a good value but if you're not gentle with tightening the rear collar nut that secures the iPad bracket to the flexible steel rod it will crack and no longer hold in the correct posistion. This is my second one to do this so I'll opt for a more sturdy design. However the vendor providing excellent and timely service and can't say enough on how well they did. They actually provided better service than the manufacture. I couldn't get the 10 cent collar nut replaced without invoice to prove I bought it. It was a gift from my wife. So I told the vendor of my experience and they sent me a complete unit at no charge,

The original holder I purchased broke immediately when I tried to attach it to my iPad. After some communication-related technical difficulties, I was able to connect with the seller (Entronik) would were kind enough to send me a replacement. The new "holder" JUST BARELY fits my iPad and, fortunately, didn't break this time (perhaps the first one was defective in some way). Now that everything is installed, the arm holds the iPad in place well, although as you may expect whenever I touch the screen the tablet "bounces" a bit.To summarize, I think that it's a pretty good product for the price, but my initial experience having it disintegrate in my hands makes it hard to give it a strong recommendation. Fortunately, the seller is good about making things right.
