Surprisingly, the clamp is strong, but...

I really want to give 5 stars across the board.Bought 1 from Woot, loved it so much I was only find more on Amazon. The Woot purchase is a 5 star rating and has contined to holding up very well. The 2 additional purchase from Amazon a week later, both have a loose pivot ball section. Too loose to hold it's position, will try and remedy with adding a piece of paper to take up some space. Shame. The overall product is very good.

Flexible Arm Tablet Holder is Very Convenient

I check out all my Google Cards and news on my 10.2-in Pixel C tablet as I'm laying in bed, either just before sleep or after I wake. I do have a snug fitting magnetic cover for it and that hasn't affected its fit into the holder. I really needed something like this Aduro product to position the tablet above my head, and it works very well so far. The flexible gooseneck seems to be very strong and not prone to collapse or deformation from the weight of the tablet. However, I did have to angle the gooseneck up, then down so it would better support the tablet. Given having to do that, I would've preferred a little longer gooseneck, maybe by 6-inches. However, I am able to have it positioned well enough for my use - see attached photos. It's anchored well to my headboard and I don't envision moving it at all from its current position. So hopefully, that will help me avoid the durability complaints others seem to have.

Does the job adequately. Quick setup, sturdy and secure

Perfect for my desk to watch videos on my iPad while I'm working on my PC. Pretty simple clamp system and it holds the device tightly with little to no concern about it falling out. System to lock the iPad in place is a little rigid and makes it difficult to take out. Also, it JUST FITS the 11" iPad Pro (which is what I have currently) so you have to take the iPad out of whatever case its in to fit it in here. Not sure if that's consistent with all other holders but it's something to call out. I'd probably spend the extra money on a fancier holder in the future that offers a little more flexibility and ease of use, but this'll do for the use case I have.

Good

It latches on tight and it stretches to hold my kindle. But the goose neck part is very stiff and hard to adjust.

Does not adjust from 4" to 10.5". Actually 4.7" to 7.7"

Let me start by saying that this mount is pretty great and I will be keeping it.I have rated this product based on the marketing description and feel I have been mislead by the false description. I assumed the mount adjusted from 4" to 10.5", based on the line by the seller, "Universal fit - Adjusts from 4" to 10.5" to fit your smartphones or tablets, you can have it hang over you while in bed, or have it set up at eye level on a desk." If this means it will fit tablets from 4" to 10.5" then I understand. But it claims to adjust from 4" to 10.5".The mount's actual adjustments, for the mount I received, measure roughly 4.7 inches, closed, to 7.7 inches, fully extended.I bought this tohold my kindle paperwhite, which measures about 4.5 x 6.5 inches. Due to the print and pictures I expected this to hold my kindle by clamping on the sides. Instead I have to stretch the mount vertically to hold my kindle. This is not a big deal but it is kind of annoying when I have insert my finger in the hole underneath to turn my kindle on and off with my fingernail. This is only an inconvenience because the power button is on the bottom. I do use it to hold my kindle at eye level to reduce neck strain and it works great. The gooseneck is very very stiff but still bobs up and down. I do not find the bobbing annoying because with just a slight gentle touch to reduce the bobbing and it will come to a stop.I also have a 12" tablet that measure 11" x 8" and this will not fit. I did not expect it to hold it upright due to the weight but I was hoping. A person can hope right? Just be aware of the actual measurements.

Holds a detachable Dell Latitude 7320 detachable

You do have to lean it against the wall, desk or something sturdy for it not to sway around.

Hard to adjust

Very hard to adjust the arm position! I had to have my husband kinda straighten the arm out when it came out a the box cus SHESH it's firm. Was trying to use in bed and couldn't adjust the arm myself so just ripped it off the side table and gave up for the night.
