Bought a white one for my white-top sit/stand desk. I use mine upside down and I put the Microsoft Sculpt Numeric Keyboard in it to get it off of the desk-top. Been using the first one for 3-4 years and it still works great for my purposes.

So I'm currently in the hospital and recovering from an infection and since there's very little space on the hospital tables and every time they bring lunch or dinner tray's in I have to put my laptop away and clear it off. Well I saw this holder on Amazon and decided to give it a shot, first off I'm very impressed with how well it holds the tablet/phone steady. The holder itself is very sturdy and versatile and can be bent into different angles to view and it holds firmly in place with no sag. The bracket allows for your tablet and phone to be turned sideways and can be rotated a full 360, the spring load clamp firmly holds your tablet or phone in place and it's easy to put on and take off. This was the best 12 dollars I ever spent, I can watch Netflix, play games, search the web, answer emails and read my ebooks all with ease, and even with the nurses, CNA, janitorial and hospital staff moving my table around my tablet stays firmly in place. This is a must have in anyone tech bag or at home to have your tablet or phone mounted for viewing.Pros: Price, Quality, Sturdiness, Stability, Versatility, Ease to use,Cons: Plastic mounting clamp.

I ordered this for my husband because he's always trying to get his tablet to stand up by wedging it between something so he doesn't have to constantly hold it while watching a video or movie. At some point it usually ends up sliding and falling down. He's so stubborn and didn't want to spend the money on a product like this. Why would he when he can continue to be inconvenienced by it sliding or falling over and risk damaging it? So I went ahead and ordered it anyway. It arrived while he was at work so I set it up in under 5 minutes and guess what? Surprise! He LOVES it! It's very durable and sturdy. His tablet fits very secure in between the grips with no chance of it falling out. It's also very versatile, allowing you to turn your tablet while still snug in the grips as well as being able to move the flexible "stand" in any direction. There is some tension in the flexibility of the stand but that's part of what makes this so durable. If it were loose it wouldn't stay in any position you want it to stay in. There is a slight chemical smell from the rubber coating when you take it straight out of the box but that quickly fades. My son saw this one last night and is ordering one for himself. He really liked it as well. No disappointment here! If I didn't prefer to hold my Kindle I would buy one for myself. Also! No tools needed to attach the tablet or the surface grip. There are turn style knobs, one in the back of where the tablet rests and one under the surface grip. You just tighten and voila'!

I purchased the item to hold my iPad when using my crewing machine. Many times I put it the center above and it move downward apparently as a result of the way.Initially I raided it three stars, but two days later after only using it for three days and all it fell apart all together.Relatively worthlessA company took it upon their self to give me the choice of either credit my account or send me a new one. I happily ask for another chance. Once receiving the second delivery I am mediately changed the star to three. In six weeks or so I will decide if the second version is better than the first and if so I will certainly give a very nice review.Much later with the second version everything is great, it was a pleasure doing business with them and felt that all problems were disappeared with my new version.
