At first the product worked perfectly, and my child was very happy with it - it worked as advertised. However, after only two months, it can no longer be erased. It could be the battery, as I have not attempted to replace it yet, but I have two others by a different maker that are over a year old; they still work just fine. The batteries for this table range on average from 4$ to 5$ and I almost hate to buy a new battery that cost almost half of what I paid for the tablet, not knowing if that will fix the problem. Very disappointing.

Tablet arrived with speckles on the surface. I was able to write but not to erase! Returning!

I bought two 11 inch tablets and neither were able to erase. Fastest return I've ever made.

It worked great at first, but now, 2 months later, the clear button doesn't completely clear the screen anymore. It takes multiple presses and even then doesn't always work. The batteries are still fine.

Quality not good - after 8 months of use, erasing function does not work.

I ordered 12 of these, and 7 arrived with a dead battery. I'm returning the 7.

This was for my Granddaughter. We just received it today. Took it out of the box and we read the directions.We followed what they said to do.Press the clear button with lock off.Well we got Nothing. It would not clear. It would not work. It would not write. So now I have to order a new battery and hope that it will work.Very Very Disappointed....Never again will I buy this brand. Waste of money.

Received 2 writing tablets Neither worked. Spent 11 dollars to try replacing batteries but to no avail. Amazon should drop this product.

Garbage. Will not erase. This was a Christmas gift and today my son finally opened it up to use it and the screen will not clear. Even when it is not locked it will not clear. I cannot return because I am past my window, nor can I get a refund.
