I have had mine for less than 4 months and it doesn't heat anymore. When it worked, it was great. I will say that customer service with Cusiniart was wonderful and I am getting a full refund because it has been less than a year from purchase. They didn't make it hard on me and responded quickly.

A little too noisy and lock/unlock feature on door is a pain and seems totally unnecessary! I’ve never bought a microwave oven before that had such a useless feature!

I LIKE everything about it but two things, the locking door, and the keypad/LED read-out. It heats well, is powerful, quiet, easy to clean. I HATE the door locking mechanism, which is mechanical and hard to press in, with no mechanical advantage; I see no reason for a lock. And the lock must be unlocked electronically, and that 'button' is tiny and in a crowded location on the keypad. The keypad is small, and the LED readout smaller and gives very little information on the programming.

Pros: This microwave has all great features I was looking for such as inverter technology, auto sensor reheat, soften/melt, capacity and yet compact size compared to other units of same capacity. It is quite when running and evenly heats food. Cons: Big negative is that it's construction doesn't prevent home wifi disruption. If you have any wifi devices in the general area of this microwave when it runs, it will knock out their 2.4 GHz connection. I have a repeater in my living room next door to kitchen and it goes off-line as does all devices connected to it and every time microwave runs, I then have to unplug extender and plug back in for it to work again. So if you don't have any wifi devices in the area then nothing to worry about.

Ok microwave. I bought Cuisinart brand because I thought it was top notch - yeah this is nothing but a basic microwave. Powerful it is - probably one of the highest wattage countertop editions so it will zap you food real fast. Unfortunately you cannot use kitchen timer and run microwave at the same time so don't rely on this microwave for timing functions if you need to microwave something at the same time. Guess I was spoiled by my old Frigidaire over the range microwave that could do both at the same time. Not worth Cuisinart name - this is no better than cheaper microwaves.

I read the reviews and thought maybe the reviewers were overly critical on this microwave, but I was wrong. The other reviewers are right. Every time I use the microwave, my wifi goes out. I called the manufacturer and they said I should return the microwave. I also agree with the reviewer that says the door button is finicky and is hard to push. I'm sad to return it because otherwise it's a good microwave with lots of features.

the microbe is nice and looks of quality but I got it for Mother’s Day of May 2024 and it’s June of 2024 and the microwave will not heat up and displayed an “eo5” error ??? For my money it should not be doing this one month in
