Absolutely the worst air fryer ever. I have burned myself multiple times. The design is completely flawed. I tried so hard to want to love this air fryer because it’s one of the better options as far as material, but it has been nothing but a nightmare. The latch is in the back, and makes you reach around to lock it, which the outside ring is scalding hot- causing multiple forearm burns. This product should honestly just be pulled ….

I bought the bistro and what a mistske! The pot rocks on the bottom it sits on! The sauce grill and other features are so slow to heat up and the grill never does. It’s lightweight and cheaply made and slow cooker takes double time. So waste of my money and so expensive.
