What a life saver. My wife is very happy because this product has finally helped me stop asking my wife has she seen my wallet. Super easy to setup and very convenient in my wallet. It makes a beeping noise when activated.

We really like the small tiles. They are perfect for sticking onto things we commonly lose (like the tv remote) and were looking forward to trying out the tile slim. I like aspects of the slim, mostly it’s size and shape. It fits perfectly into a wallet or purse, and can be applied to a laptop in a way that the original tile would look weird. However, the original tile has a much better range and this one seems like it’s harder for the phone to “find”, even when nearby. I still like the product, but I wish it’s signal were stronger and worked from farther away.

My family has a bunch of the Apple tags & they are wonderful. Distance isn’t an issue. We use them in backpacks, cars, purses, etc… However, my son loses his wallet. A lot. When I saw this I knew it would be perfect for him. Apple tags are not wallet friendly. I downloaded the app & activated the tile. It’ll sing a tune when activated. Then I tested it out. Someone said in another review that it’s only 25ft radius. It’s actually a 250 ft Bluetooth range. I stood next to it and used the app, it worked. I went to a different level in my house, it worked. They offer a paid warranty add-on that covers reimbursement if tryout tile can’t be found, and free battery replacements, etc… I didn’t chose to do this, for what I am finding it doesn’t make sense for me. For Tile to work to it’s fullest capacity, they ask that you turn location services on “always” not just “while using the app”. For someone who may have phone battery issues, I can see that draining your battery? Bottom line, so far so good….

This little thing is ingenious. It fits right in my wallet without adding any weight and barely any bulk. Now I can keep tabs on where my wallet is if I was ever to lose it. I had trouble pairing this to my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. It took me a few attempts. I'm also impressed at how big the Tile user community is... there are always around 200 people in my hometown who can help ping this Tile tracker for me. I'm curious to see how long the battery lasts. The previous Tiles I had (Tile Sport) died after a year. In order to replace the battery, you had to ship it back to Tile and pay a replacement fee.

I keep a slim in my wallet and have for years. Love it. I am always loosing my wallet around the house and the slim has helped me find it on more than one occasion. I am a little hard of hearing high frequencies, if you could make the the sound the slim make considerably louder or more attention getting I would give it 5 stars

Works well. Wish it was louder. Wish battery was replaceable or rechargeable at least.

Noted some problems with the system setup...not just for the black billfold device. 1. When I tried to use my email address, I could not use the same PW as my email because the PW requirements are different between gmail and Tile. Gmail does not require a number. Tile does require a number. Finally used my email address with a different PW. Took a bit to understand this requirement as the error messages were generic. 2. When trying to use the Chrome Tile App on a Chromebook (Chrome OS), the Location function does not recognize the Location property prompt I think. I think it is looking for "Always Allow" and the Chrome OS presents "Allow all the time". 3. The Tile Windows App does not allow to set up Smart Alerts, just says More Info. You have to go to the android app to set up Smart Alerts. 4. When trying to do this review on the Chromebook (Chrome OS), I could not enter text into the Review boxes. I am using a Samsung Model XE350XBA, all updates applied. One up and running, seems to work great.

Love the concept, and it works well. Fits right in the slots with your credit cards. One problem though: random butt dials. I would redesign the button on this tile to something that is not so easily triggered from pressure within a wallet.. something smaller and recessed should do the trick.
