I loved this steam mop, but it stopped working after a year and a half (it just turns on and sputters—no steam). Because it's out of warranty, Dirt Devil says I have to go to a service center, which will cost more than the mop is worth. I hate to throw things in the garbage after a year, but that's where it's going unfortunately.

It steams, but doesn’t seem to really get anything clean. Floor needs considerable drying time after using this mop too. It was inexpensive which is why it gets 2 stars instead of just one. Also feels cheap/low quality (even after taking price into consideration). Spend a little more and get a better steam mop.

Stopped working after 3 months. I took out the water reservoir to fill and small plastic rings fell out. I couldnt tell where they came from. It never worked again. It's also too short, I'm 5' 8" and was hunched over trying to use it. I like the concept of steam mops and will try another, just not this one.

Booooo! Super disappointed! This thing worked three times and now when I turn it on it just clicks. It does not heat up. It was on sale so that is why I bought it. Disappointed BUT I have the 2 year warranty so I will contact them.
