4 wheeler rides very slow. My daughter has a 12v battery for her car and it's faster. Very disappointed when it comes to speed

My kids enjoy riding this but what we don’t like is that it randomly just stops working even with the battery still charged, so we turn it off and then back on and it sometimes will still not move so then we try again and sometimes it’ll work and sometimes it will not. as well as the battery doesn’t last very long. Other than that it is fun for them to ride and they like that they can Bluetooth there phone to it and listen to music

I’m so sad…We’ve had this little quad for only two months and it stopped going forward. Why? We’ve bought several ride ons and they last til our kids wear them out, at least two years. Too bad the company won’t help..
