On first blush this appears to be a great idea as a stay in place" heating "pad for a person who has chronic lower back pain. Price was reasonable and shipping was timely. The problem is that it should be advertised as a "warming "pad not heating. On high it only gets luke warm at best. And the middle and low barely seems to be on. But the velcro is a good idea in keeping the pad in place.
