I bought it in July and it stop working by the beginning of October.

Not a bad oven while it worked, but it’s circuits fried 1 1/2 years after purchase. Just out of warranty, of course.

Doesn't work. Not sure why they're selling faulty items as new. Very dissapointing.

This microwave died in less than a year and a half. A few seconds in to warming up pancakes, it gave a huge pop and lost power. My last microwave, Sunbeam, lasted for 20 years. I will never buy another Kenmore product.

Just purchased this microwave, pulled it out of the box, plugged it in and nothing. No damage noticeable, just didn't start up. Should have listened to the other reviews. I will be looking for a different brand.

Came smashed when I removed from the box. Like don’t they inspect before they put it in the box? How can they sell something like this. It’s Kenmore. Come on do better.

Bought brand new, first couple times I used it would have a huge electric zap near or around it. There’s no metal near the microwave to explain any arcing. I was honestly scared using in the chance I would get electrocuted. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought it… not worth the money.

The handle was broke. Had to return it.

Save yourself the frustration. money and time. This is not worth it. We had this exactly 6 days and it went dead. My mother is 70 years old and used this to warm up pre-cooked meals 2 times a day. That's about it. When the door is opened the plate rotates on its own for no reason and the light inside works yet the switch panel is completely dead. Nothing works. It is 2023 and Kenmore can't seem to get a basic microwave right. We threw out the box and packaging away and I do hope I can still return this. Shall be calling target to find out and will update this review when I do. It is a lightweight and will move around on the counter when the door is pulled open.
