So I initially bought this to use for movies and times when phone audio just ain't enough. This is an initial review. Turned on fine set up was easy and quick. Down to meat of it the bass is definitely there voice is clear there is cracking at high volumes but that's to be expected with something this size. For now all is good and am glad I ordered this speaker Anker has pulled another great product.One week later - device functions properly charged it three times since 0 -100. still sounds great the crackling I mentioned must've been due to the video I was watching it hasn't occured during viewing of other movies and music otherwise to my ears the speaker is clear loud and the bass can definitely be felt. To be more descriptive of the size of this speaker, I suppose it can be compared to the JBL clip series of speakers, fits in the hands is pocketable but will definitely stick out like sore thumb because it's a bit on thick side.

Very good product for the price

A nice waterproof portable speaker that we bought to use while in our hot tub. The sound is amazing.

Sound quality is better than my Anker SoundCore speaker. The middle button controls play pause, forward and reverse. Volume up and down are also available. You can pair two of these together as well. As for waterproofing, the ports are covered by a stopper. No doubt it can survive a shower, but I wouldn’t leave any electronic submerged no matter the IP rating (seals can fail, glue degrades over time).

Fits in a shirt pocket. Great sound. Easy connection.

This is a great little speaker! I got it to keep in my shower to listen to music or news on Sirius with my phone. It's a well-made, solid product that isn't at all cheaply made despite the price. The sound quality is very clear and the battery life is long. It's only been used in my shower, and it's still working so it's definitely waterproof. Pairing with my phone and FireTV was very easy. I loved it so much I bought more for gifts because of the great price. This speaker definitely surprised me with the quality for the price. I would buy it again in a heartbeat, for myself or for more gifts.

WoW! Size defying sound is absolutely correct. Crisp clear highs to low thumping bass with little to no distortion even at high volume. Do not let the 3 watts deceive you, it has volume even in high ambient sound environments. The sound and build quality is every bit on par with other brands that cost double and more. The only con to me is Aneker could of went with USB C instead of micro USB for charging. But I just couldn't bring myself to take away a star for it because they definitely hit the mark at an incredible price. I'm definitely going to purchase another also this is most likely going to be my go to gift for the upcoming season.

I trust Anker for it's great portable gadgets. This speaker is just great. The sound is great, and it looks like it's going to hold up well in the shower. If I need to take it with me, I can let it hang from my bag.

I got this to listen to a podcast while in the shower. It works great. Has a cord to hang it in case you don't have a shelf.

I love the Soundcore Icon Mini! I initially bought it to use at a resort that had a lazy river and it worked great. The speaker was submerged in the pool water and it kept working like a charm. However, when the phone was submerged under water it would break the Bluetooth connection and the music would stop. We would then have to go back into the phone settings and reconnect. I later used the speaker at a lake where we kayaked. The speaker was splashed with water for hours and kept working. The battery life is pretty good and the sound is great! I really recommend this speaker.
