I only deduct one star because a couple times a week I have to unplug it and plug it back in, as it goes dark. But I have had it exactly a year and it has been used every day. I am going to order another one for my bed. It is big...someone said it was not but i have it on my recliner and it covers the length of the back of the chair so I just leave it in place there. I use heat all the time for my bad back and now I have a shoulder issue as well as look forward to resting on my bed with one, rather than my normal little heating pad.
