Pretty good, but using it 15min a day at bedtime for my wife's feet.....it only lasted about 9 months before glitching out and shutting itself off in 2 minutes on any warmth setting.

Doesn’t get as warm as expected.

I used the hot pad to keep warm in bed. I am afraid it is defective in some way because of the heating problem.. It gets too hot sometimes and pops the wall connection so I have to pull the plug and put it back again in order to make it work.

Not what I expected. When I saw king size, I thought of a larger item.

I used this product for some aches and pains. I was slightly disappointed because the cover is not removable or washable. Also when u use it u can feel the hard metal coils. It is very very soft fabric tho on the outside and heats up fast and is a great temperature.

Nice product as far as comfortable and soft. Unfortunately it does not get very hot. Just stays warm even on the highest temp. Not with the price paid if you want more heat

It's a great heating pad, but I don't really care for the auto shut off after two hours I use this for my back when working and find it tedious to keep switching it back on every two But other than that it gets the job done

Doesn't get hot enough.

The pad is very soft and heats up quickly. That being said, it also has a circuit breaker in it that turns it off if you have it on very long. You then have to go unplug and replace before it works again.

This product is extremely good EXCEPT sometimes when I plug it in it just blinks. It takes a few tries unplugging and plugging back in at both the outlet and the piece connecting the heating ps but otherwise it works great
