IT STOPPED WORKING JUST A FEW MONTHS AFTER BUYING. SUPER SAD. I NEED ANOTHER ONE. BUT I'M NOT GETTING ANOTHER ONE FROM HERE. MY WALGREENS $20 ONE LASTED 5YRS. I JUST GOT THIS ONE BECAUSE IT WAS SUPER LONG.

I was excited to get this oversized heating pad however, I have used it 2 times and the side seam has already split open. it has a 2hr auto shut off and is soft but... 2 uses and the seams are ripping... dont waste your money.

I was pretty happy with the heat pad as it does cover my shoulders and lower back like I wanted it to. However, I've only had this product for about 2-months and it is already starting to come apart around the edges of the seam. It's too late to return it so I'm stuck with a heat pad that is falling apart. I really thought this was going to be my favorite heat pad of all time. I Am Not Happy! :-(((

This is what I didn’t like about the product !!! Firsthand I want this product to be heavy . Patients that suffer chronic pain like me need heavy and hot results quick and in a hurry. Some people like it heavy ICE COLD like football players. This product has 2 things that ididn’t like not heavy and it was not hot enough

The product is not nearly as long or wide as shown in the photo. As for it's function it does work but not without some issues. Sometimes when I plug it into the wall it just flashes zero and refuses to turn on. It does this at random and sometimes plugging it into a new outlet then back into the other outlet can fix this.

I purchased this to use just at my feet. I don't like a full electric blanket - just my feet need a little warm as I go to sleep. THE GOOD: Its a really big pad It's soft over most of the body (see below) Heats really quickly Has an auto off THE BAD: The plastic piece that connects to pad is a HUGE circle (3 or 4" in diameter)- both sides and no matter how I position it, my feet find that horribly uncomfortable plastic disc. Unfortunately, the bad column may cause me to go back to my smaller pad that doesn't have that awful plastic disc. Having said all of that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

I love the length of this pad but it doesn’t stay on. It turns off after like 5 minutes and then will not turn back on. So I have to unplug it and plug back in and then it works. If I turn off and then go to use later I have to go through the whole process again. Annoying!!

The binding has already started to tear and come off. Other than that I like it fine. I would have liked it to have more weight to it.
