Nice soft and plushy. It does have the divots like a pillow top mattress does so that’s not as great, but not really bothersome. When you first get it even putting it on three is scalding hot. As you’ve used it for a few months you have to turn it up a little bit higher to get the same effect. But it does work great.

I love the size, but it just doesn't get hot enough like other heating pads.

So soft and cozy. Good size for lower back and across lap. Would like it to be weighted. But it was great for my lower back and stomach pains when I had fibroids and my uterus was squeezing them. TMI? Sorry. I still use it just to feel snuggly on rainy days. It also could have been hotter but that could just be my personal preference.

The soft feel and large size of this heating pad makes it fantastic for me since I have chronic pain in both my hip and knee on one side. I would have given it 5 stars but there was one issue I didn't love. The automatic turnoff function is a little annoying. I would prefer to have a manual button that allows me to choose if I want to have it turn off automatically or not. Otherwise this is a great product.

I was very ify about this item upon its arrival. I have purchased many heating pads and have returned. This heating pad I was not sure about and intended to return. The reviews are very mixed so its was difficult to decide. I love the size and softness but the heating up is tricky and it shouldnt be. I turn it on and set it to number 3, wait about 20 minutes and set it to 4, than few minutes later set to number 5. Its a perfect temp but alot to do to get that heat. Shouldnt be but it is. This is the quality of life we allow so it is now this. Sometimes it turns off after 2 hours and sometimes it doesnt. Dissappointed in the quality and concern of newly made products. I dont dare leave it plugged in unattended.
