As soon as we started to use it, the water is leaking from everywhere and is getting empty in less than 24 hrs

Don’t buy this humidifier. The black coating on metal parts flakes off into the tank. The lowest mist setting still pours out so much humidity that the wood floor gets damp.

I RECEIVED THIS PACKAGE AND I OPENED THE BOX GOT THE PRODUCT OUT AND WAS TOTALLY DISCUSTED! THE PRODUCT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS USED FOR AWHILE THEN RETURNED. THE MANUAL EVEN HAS WATER SPOTS ON IT..

Does not produce warm mist

The humidifier came used. It was disgusting. Returned it.

Beautiful display, but after 3 refills the tank started to leak from the bottom corner of the tank frames lower back corner. Never dropped the Tank.

After my experience with this humidifier, I will never buy one with a bottom-loading water reservoir ever again. The product worked fine for a week, but one day I was filling the tank, turned it over, and water was dripping. I am extremely disappointed because it seemed like such a great product and it worked really well aside from when it started leaking.

This humidifier looks cool, but it doesn't produce ANY warmth when you select "heat." That was the entire reason I bought it. This is either a defective unit or plain false description. Disgusted that I had to mess with returning the worthless thing.

Worked okay for a little over a month. Does not produce warm mist, which was the whole reason I purchased it. Now it’s leaking. Not eligible to return it. Waste of money.

I'm so upset. Opening the shipping box than the box the item came in was damaged. Than the humidifier was cracked and also had water and MOLD inside of it. It was also filthy on the outside. Than I see it's missing the remote. I decided I would plug it in to just see... of course it doesn't work and it's missing pieces. 🙄 I'm so annoyed I thought I was buying a new product and not something used. I would rate zero stars if I could. Let's hope the company can make this right. If they can than maybe I'll rate it better.
