It’s cute my last one was larger and more expensive (dif brand) lasted 3yrs? Thought I might like this one better because it will take up less space on the counter. glad I got half off cause it’s prob not going to last long. Door is wonky to close and basket is thin material. On the fence if I should keep it. It doesn’t seem to get very hot and the highest temp to cook is 400. The other day did fresh fries came out pretty good seems to take longer than my old unit. Tonight did fresh zucchini and barely browned & just got mushy. Haven’t tried cooking raw meat yet. Wondering if the temp is not working right & don’t want to ruin dinner. I would say if you’re going to cook for more than two people get a bigger unit because this one will take forever to do a family meal in batches.

Tabs on the rack continuously fall off and eventually just go missing. Started acting up where it wouldn’t shut off when you opened it to take it out and shake it. Then it just started shutting off and going crazy while using it. The cord on the back is loose as when I wiggle it or shove it in it will come back on for a second. Now I did have it for two+ years before it started acting up and it worked amazingly until then so I gave it a higher rating but I think I may have been one of the fortunate ones on that. I threw it away yesterday and am buying a Cuisinart or a Ninja for my next one.

It was working just fine then all of a sudden it stopped working. It was good at first :(

I liked the cooking recommendations that came with this product. We bought this product as a second unit. I like the control panel on the other unit better. This unit seems to function well.

I'm very happy with the functionality of this air fryer. Every food I've tried came out great: steak, chicken, veggies, shrimp, shoestring fries, etc. But cleaning the basket and fry tray can be a real pain. The "special nonstick surface" is a complete exaggeration. There's always food "particles" and pieces stuck to the tray, and soaking in hot, soapy water rarely helps. I'm still experimenting with suggestions found online as well as using my own common sense. So bottom line: Cooks well, cleans much less well.

Including more simple meal preparation to get used to using the air fryer instead of so many appetizers would be helpful. I am not very comfortable yet using it

I have used this Air Fryer 4 times and am not impressed. The beeping each time the unit is opened is annoying. The door to close the basket doesn't align to close well and you have to realign to close it. The plate inside does not fit down inside the basket well, is a bear to clean the oil/grease off of and the little rubber side clips are flimsy to clean. I expect them to fall off any time. Overall, not impressed. Tried to give this a 1-2 star rating and system will not accept less than a 3 star. That is not fair.

We loved this but it broke after only 6 months of use…just completely stopped working.

This air fryer cooks well. I love the presets as well. BUT the cons are annoying: 1. I hate how good sticks on the tray insert. 2. My biggest pet peeve is the annoying loud beeps when it's finished cooking. I wish there was a way to turn it off. It beeps so many times like we got the point!!!

Worked great, until it stopped all together after one and a half years. We only used it 1-2x per month...it should have lasted much longer than this. Replacing it with a different brand to see if theirs will last longer.
