As other reviews have stated here, there is a problem with the design of the bottom drawer. I've used mine three times in two days and the drawer already will not properly slide in and lock. Will return and try another brand.

This product worked really well until the non-stick coating started flaking off. We stopped using it because we didn't want to end up with the flakes in our food. Disappointing.

This is a great size for 2 people. Recipes are easy to find online. I gave it 2 stars because the drawer does not go in smooth. It goes in slightly sideways and you have to take it out and adjust several times and just shove it to get it to go in properly. It’s a pain.

Returning!! I followed directions per the cooking booklet that comes with it and each time it burned our food. Tried French fries according to timer- burnt! Chicken- burnt! Had to lower settings thru trial and fire. Maybe mine was just not calibrated but returning. Shouldn’t have to be a guessing game to not burn food.

My daughter bought this last year as a Thanksgiving gift. We loved using it because it was very convenient. I am very disappointed as this machine did not last more then 3 months. I would recommend to find another air-fryer brand.

There are rusty spots in the basket and the tray inside the basket after a few months of use. It worked well until I noticed the rust and i no longer want to use it

I purchased the 7 qt 14 months ago, used about once a month. It just died, no warning, just shut off and went dark. Will purchase a more reputable brand and see how long it lasts. Now my chicken is in the oven after a long day! Dinner at 8:00 pm tonight
