I have one personally and it’s amazing! Ordered one for my dad as an early gift and it arrived broken, getting a new one shipped to replace, hopefully the second one is good!

It’s cute my last one was larger and more expensive (dif brand) lasted 3yrs? Thought I might like this one better because it will take up less space on the counter. glad I got half off cause it’s prob not going to last long. Door is wonky to close and basket is thin material. On the fence if I should keep it. It doesn’t seem to get very hot and the highest temp to cook is 400. The other day did fresh fries came out pretty good seems to take longer than my old unit. Tonight did fresh zucchini and barely browned & just got mushy. Haven’t tried cooking raw meat yet. Wondering if the temp is not working right & don’t want to ruin dinner. I would say if you’re going to cook for more than two people get a bigger unit because this one will take forever to do a family meal in batches.

Tabs on the rack continuously fall off and eventually just go missing. Started acting up where it wouldn’t shut off when you opened it to take it out and shake it. Then it just started shutting off and going crazy while using it. The cord on the back is loose as when I wiggle it or shove it in it will come back on for a second. Now I did have it for two+ years before it started acting up and it worked amazingly until then so I gave it a higher rating but I think I may have been one of the fortunate ones on that. I threw it away yesterday and am buying a Cuisinart or a Ninja for my next one.
