I like it except for the poor quality zippers

Worked well for about a year, didn't like the PI UNCLE words on the strap, zipper recently broke making it useless to me now.

Disliked that bag scrap broke

I needed a brown leather cross body bag, it’s safer in the grocery store or when I’m out and about. So I ordered this one. The look is great, leather is nice, Many zippered compartments. And a nice wide strap for over my shoulder that adjusts. All good so far.Now is time for the not so great things. First is the noise, it squeaks and jingles! Very loudly! The metal fittings rub and bump on each other and make quite a racket! The top of the bag is Begining to crush for some reason so it’s become difficult to unzip the bag at all., the strange top handle gets in the way of unzipping the two major compartments. There are two different types of zippers on this bag on the outside, a brass one and a plastic one, one will chew your hands and the other won’t.If I could design a bag it would accommodate our huge phones with a pocket that is deep and no zipper to scratch your hands, the zipper pulls would have a coating on them so as to be quiet. And the looks that holds the strap would be leather also for the quietness desired. The zippers would be a plastic or coated metal, and the interior would be a brighter color so visibility would be improved inside the bag.The strap is a seat belt material, not leather, which is strange for a leather bag.Over all I’m not thrilled. I have to place tape on all the metal zipper pulls because they bang together making a jingle racket constantly, and to prevent the squeaking of the rubbing of the strap looks on the metal rings it hangs from.Would I buy it again? Nope. Did I return it? Nope. Just dealing with it.
