Parts missing, pieces of wicker falling off during assembly. Poor quality hardware. Overpriced for what you get.

Honestly impossible to put together one of the chairs. The material covers the holes and you cant screw in any of the screws. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Holes don't match up hard to put together two-person job then and cheaply made missing screws not worth the money wouldn't suggest buying

I underestimated everyone in the comments. Don't be like me. Before you try to buy this set, save yourself some time and get a postgraduate degree which might better equip you for success. My partner and I spent hours - and I mean hours - trying to put this together. After a couple days of stress, we decided to try setting up the coffee table instead of one of the chairs. We were unsuccessful. The holes don't line up, AT ALL. Imagine trying to find straw in a needle stack. While blind. I'd take that over trying to line up the holes for this plastic monstrosity. Basically, you need 8 hands to hold these chairs together, all while you attempt to use the flimsiest Allen key ever created. Luckily, all the screws match the single Allen key you're provided with. That key will eventually get warped from you jamming it around unwieldy screws. We ended up throwing away the key we got because it got completely bent. (My partner considered doing the same thing to me, but we decided to save our relationship and just get rid of the set instead). Nonetheless, ignore us... and have fun searching through your bin of odds and ends to find another key... which won't work. All in all, don't do it. Save yourself the heartache and just stand on your balcony all summer instead.

Product came with stains of paint. Ser pictures attached

Came in about 20 pieces in one 60 lb box. Parts were bent, needed to use a prybar to get the 48 cheap screws to line up with the holes. Missing a table part, sent a message, never got a reply. I would not recommend this cheap import.

You get what you pay for. Very small. Cushions are very thin and the covers are see through. We actually bought material and recovered them. Chairs are not level even with adjustments. I would definitely send this set back but we already recovered the cushions.

This was such a huge headache to put together, none of the holes on the chars matched up with the legs, some of the metal was bent, and one side of the chair came with white marks on it ( looks like foot print). Hopefully it will last longer than a few weeks
